This community will display Sims 3 Content by me (Jax). Any redistribution of my works without official announcement of me saying so or giving you the right to do so, will be violating my copyright license, it if happens I will close the community and delete all of my Sims 3 Content also. My content is only for personal use do not copy or modify any of my files without permission and do not go on another forum and ask them to be fixed or defaulted or whatever, that will also cause me to close my site. Do not copy my textures or take credit of my works. That is it for a brief statement of my rules.
